Understanding Concrete Basics


Concrete is the result of mixing cement, sand, coarse aggregate and water with a predetermined formula to produce the appropriate density. The final concrete product can be batched in a central location and submitted for inclusion or mixed on site either in large drums truck or a portable mixer.
