HAZWOPER stands for hazardous waste operations and emergency response.

What HAZWOPER achieve?

According to OSHA, this includes five groups of employers and their employees, and particularly applies to any workers exposed to dangerous substances and engaged in several operations including cleaning, handling, storage and disposal of hazardous waste. Employees involved in the emergency response operation dealing with hazardous waste are also covered by HAZWOPER standard, as well as employees who need to perform their duties on waste sites where hazardous pollution is expected. These workers are fully trained and protected.

You have 6 months to complete all HAZWOPER training and can complete a course in speed, in sections, from home, work or jobsite. As long as you have Internet access, which is all you need.
